No. I quit smoking Jan 7th, 2000. Cold turkey. None of these stop smoking aids really work. You have to decide that you are going to quit before there is any chance of success. Once you have decided, all you need do each time you want to light up is simply tell yourself..."hey I don't smoke" Worked for me.

yes I do......23 years to be exact. I have tried to quit several times and have dropped more money into those stop smoking gimmicks that never work. I guess I just enjoy smoking but hate everything else about it. It's very addicting!

I started when i was really young. On and off. And then i stopped for a couple of years. And now i've started again......... =/
So lovely to just sit down outside and have a smoke under the stars...
Dirty habit. But oh so lovely.

NO! I finally get to say no. After having a nicotine addiction for 43 years I took the new pill on the market CHANTIX and quit smoking July 9. 2007!!!! Pat shoulder on back.......pat pat!!!!

no because it cuts off 5 minutes of your life everytime you smoke
it may not be alot but it adds up after 300 x's
so...yea
you will want those minutes when your on your death bed
