I sold an authentic LV purse on ebay. I clearly stated it was USED in the listing. The chick wants a full refund because she claims it shows used signs...which is not wierd since I listed it as USED. She filed a dispute with ebay before I even got back to her and now I have a negative amount in my paypal! if she wins this dispute, how the hell will she get her money when my paypal account had a balance of 0?

If your Paypal has a balance of 0, Paypal will take the money from either the checking account or credit card that you linked your Paypal account to. They will get it somewhere from you, believe me.

Respond to the dispute and point out that your listing clearly stated that it was used.

And next time, when listing items that are used, include in your description all the flaws of the item. That way, people are aware that there are "problems" with the item and they cannot expect a flawless product.

Whenever you put money in paypal it will clear up the balance. I do believe paypal will not let you do anything w/them until that negative is brought back to a good standing. She filed a dispute w/paypal and paypal is suppose to email you and let you know what is going on before they take out the money. I would try calling paypal and letting them know that you listed an item specifically stating it was used and she got mad and sent emails all mad b/c it was used and they gave her her money back and it's not right and you want it fixed. Also file something w/ebay about her also. If you go to the home page there is a link on the right side where you can talk to an ebay employee LIVE and they can help you figure this out also.
Good Luck
PS/whenever money gets taken out of your paypal account, the person filed a thing w/paypal and not w/ebay.

there is not any regulation which says you are going to be able to desire to apply Ebay at this factor. you are able to sell direct to the guy and manage them by using Ebay. even with the incontrovertible fact that, in case you utilize the RELIST characteristic of Ebay, and upload a purchase IT NOW, as quickly as the article sells the itemizing value in this 2nd public sale is refunded. So all you would be procuring is the purchase It Now (some pennies) and the main suitable value value. besides, by employing employing the Ebay device, you have extra safeguards in place for helping you with the sale, such because of the fact the invoicing device.
