i have a dell desktop and an hp desktop. the dell has cable internet, how do i hook up the hp to get the cable

i want both computers to have the cable internet connection. i am now leasing a cable modem for the dell and want to get the hp hooked up to it also.

get a router with a 4 port hub, plug that in to the modem, plug the 2 PCs into the router.

You need to setup a home network. You have the cable modem, now you need a router and linksys.

buy a wired or a wireless routher and if you want buy a wireless PCI card for the hp.
