Probably around $1.29 - $1.39...this is just an estimate. The biggest markup for restaurants is drinks. There is probably over a 200% markup.

I knew a guy that used to work at KFC. He told me about how they threw chicken pieces at each other then picked them up off of the floor and fried them up for the customers. True story!
