For a correct Homeopathic remedy you have not given your details, what symptoms you have given here bring to mind two Homeopathic remedies primarily NUX VOMICA and CARBO VEG both in 30 potency three times a day half an hour before meals. It would be better if you tell us your symptoms in detail(From head to Toes) exactly the way you feel.
Remember Homeopathy treats the patient not the disease or disorder, and cures without any side effects or complications when prescribed according to the patients symptoms.

Take Care and God Bless you.

I cured my sciatica with this natural treatment ( http://cure-sciatica.info )
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

Ok, is it likely you have food poisoning? Alternatively, if your kidneys have an infection, you would maybe feel like this. Try drinking barley water to fix that. BUT if you are gluten intolerant, that will just make you worse (as there is gluten in barley). You could try cranberry juice, as kidneys are part of the urinary tract, although I haven't heard it suggested for kidney inflammation.

I'm sure people think i'm obsessive about this, but gluten intolerance can cause these symptoms, and if that is what it is, it won't get better as long as you eat "normally". Try cutting out wheat for a few days. If you ate a pasta dinner or something else high in flour before this started, that makes it even more likely.

Of course, it could be an intolerance to some other food, like dairy. If none of the ideas I gave you work, you should probably think about keeping a food diary to see if you can track what's causing it (if it is food): http://www.the-health-site.com/articles/index.php?article=122

It could possibly be a yeast, or candida as it is called, infection in the colon. I recently did a candida cleanse and felt much better. Check the web under candida. There are many possible remedies for this out there. Have you ever used antibiotics or cortizone? Do you crave sugar or bread products?

If you have no digestion and a swollen stomach, please go to the ER as fast as possible because the tenderness could be a result of a blockage in your colon--if that blockage bursts you can die.

If you don't have a swollen stomach and good digestion, try to take glyconutrients. I take them already. I had a swelling from my left kidney to my lower abdomen, blood in the urine, and "felt"that I had a kidney there, and all those symptoms are gone and I feel great again. I order it from this website:
