he may be suffering from low testosterone levels, the hormone which is responsible for sex drive in both men and women. i don't know how viagra works...if it targets this hormone or not but if it doesn't have anything to do with uping hormone levels then you may want to talk to a doctor about possibly getting him on some kind of testosterone supplement. until then feed him natural peanut butter...its chocked with testosterone stimulating ingredients. however it might be the case that he is suffering from depression which has the same effect on sexual activity. try to talk to him more about how he's feeling, whats going on at work/life ect so you can figure out what the problem really is before running around trying a billion remedies.

Ellagen, Bioperine and Pomegranate make up Sildenafil Citrate which is famous for it's market name “Viagra”. These chemicals act together to boost the libido so as to maintain a good firm erection. Viagra has been sold to over 20 million men around the world.
Sad part, Viagra failed to supply sufficient nitric oxide for smooth penis's muscle relaxation. It is easier for blood vessels to dilate and blood to smoothly flow into the erectile tissue when the relaxation process is properly enhanced. Therefore it is important for Nitric Oxide to be sufficient so as the relaxation process is enhanced.
Why Cialis?
Cialis works way faster for men who had poor results with Viagra. Cialis's can be consumed up to 12 hours before an intercourse and takes 36 hours to stay in your system nicknaming it “The Weekend Pill”. Some studies suggest that it lasts to about 100 hours. Cialis functions like any other PDE-5 inhibitor, which is by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type 5. This makes the penis's muscles relax and allows blood to flow in, helping an erection.
You can easily order Viagra or Cialis from trusted pharmacies online. Here are approved Canadian sources by the Pharmacy reviewer:

The pharmacies are also FDA proved and offer 100% Money back guarantee.

Viagra does not stimulate the urge; it was developed to dilate blood vessels to the heart and improve survival rates for premature babies. During the clinical trials, many men reported a strange side effect...improved blood flow some where else. So it's purely mechanical.
Desire is emotional. What's life like at home? Is he frustrated a lot? How do you treat him? What do you wear? A weekend trip away from the house & work might do the trick.

ED is not only caused by physical reasons, there are also emotional issues at play here as well. Pills will not create libido. Ask yourself the following questions and then ask him how he feels about them.
1. Are you physically attractive?
2. Do you engage in sexual activity when both of you are relaxed or not under other stress producing circumstances?
3. What do you do for foreplay?
4. What sexual activities seem titillating? Do you attempt to engage in those?
5. What fantasies do you discuss with him or he with you?
6. Has sex historically been used for recreation or procreation?
7. Are there any religious proscriptions that are not being discussed?
8. Have either of you discussed bi-sexual or homosexual tendencies?
I suggest seeing a counselor if the responses to any of these is met with resistance.

Calis.....
How is his diet? Maybe he needs to start taking vitamens and supplements. Is he stressed at work? Does he have an underlying medical condition. Heart disease, diabetes? Those things can contribute to impotence.
Many men have a problem with admitting that it's more than not being in the mood... or too much stress...

oh my god-you just described my sex life too!without asking too many pertinent questions, are you guys over 40?if so,he may have low testosterone which causes tiredness, low energy, low libido, and other problems.have him go get a blood test to check the level and if it's low testosterone,he can get treated.read on the internet info on this subject and see what you're possibly dealing with and decide if going to the doctor is what you want him to do.he has to take the drug every 2 weeks though.my husband is dragging his feet on going back to be checked himself and i'm not sure if he cares or not!good luck!

maybe he works too hard or needs more sleep but if he can change his lifestyle (eg: start doing more exersize or learning how to meditate) that may be a start to improving his overall wellbeing which in turn will therefore lead to a more enegetic lifestyle.

I'm going to add my 2 cents worth. While I tend to agree with most of the answers, the one I would slightly adjust is the suggestion of alcohol. No alcohol. Other than that part, that visitor gave a valid answer.
