Assuming you are the actual owner of the car, you may be able to get a key cut at the dealer. If not, call a locksmith! Depending the car, you may need a key with a chip in it to make the car run!

Go to a dealership with your vehicles title and your drivers license they will be able to cut you a key using the vin code of your car.

YOU COULD DRILL OUT THE TUMBLERS THEN USE A SCREWDRIVER TO START IT OR PUT A NEW IGNITION IN IT .DEPENDING ON WHAT VEHICHLE YOU HAVE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO PULL THE STEERING WHEEL AND A LITTLE MORE TO GET TO THE IGNITION TO CHANGE IT
