Sure nunya, this will compliment the roast well with the scalloped potatoes. On an angle cut beans in half, in a skillet add olive oil bring the heat up and a couple of cloves of freshly crushed garlic, and if you like a bit of heat, some red dried chili flakes, add your beans and from a can of whole peeled tomatoes two well chopped. Toss, season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. It will take no more than five minutes, The beans should still have a bite to them. Chris
