Check the Great Mall in Milpitas, Southland Mall in Hayward and New Park Mall in Newark. Those places have team sportswear stores within the malls. That's where I purchase my A's gear.

go down to the mall ( go to the great mall its not to far from you) and go to the sporting store there.
or if you go to pretty much any mall they usually have a giants dug out or an A's dugout which you can get stuff from there
even better (but not that much cheaper) is online at the A's offical website.
