His wife recently told me the only uniform he has ever worn is the rent a cop uniform he wears at WalMarts and his Cub Scout leader uniform before he was convicted of those pedophile charges stemming from his appearance on MSNBC's To Catch a Predator.

This guy is as phony as they get!!!! I am a veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Storm, but am also against the political decisions that currently have our troops in harm's way.

However, I am behind and support our fine military personnel 120%!!!!!! No true veteran would ever turn against his comrades in arms the way this prick has.

are you that ignorant, or that dishonest, as to equate stating the obvious-namely, that things are not as rosy as the neocon bush cheerleaders have claimed-with 'cheering for our troops to fail?' there is literally nothing in his posts that indicate a desire for out troops to fail...here's another veteran, from a long line of veterans, who's not afraid to say that bush is an unintelligent, arrogant, overblown failure, and his policies at home and abroad have been an unmitigated disaster for this country-all the faux news-type spin in the world can't disguise the facts-he squandered the first budget surplus the country has seen for a long long time, he squandered the good will and post 9/11 sympathy of the rest of the world, has squandered the moral high ground and prevailing image of the USA as a beacon of freedom and justice, squandered the lives of thousands of our brave servicemen and women, squandered untold billions of our hard-earned tax dollars on an unnecessary war against an enemy that he has only helped to strengthen and spread, and squandered the sense of unity and purpose we once had with his divisive 'scorched earth' brand of politics and governing-

It is ironic the "left" says the leaders of our nation failed in Iraq when in fact they are the one's calling for retreat, surrender, withdraw, what ever you want to call it. The only one's "losing" in Iraq are those willing to lose - finish the job boys!

He is not cheering the failure. Nor even saying that our troops failed. What has faile din Iraq is leadership and the lives of the soldiers killed lies at the door of those who want us to fight a useless war, that dies not combat` terrorism which is what we were told we were going to be fighting
