Yes, I remember having the same problem with men when I was in college. Keep in mind that the women will be even more attracted to you if you are actually a college graduate, especially as you get older and the "cute" wears off.

Because you're operating with a flawed approach. Studying and socializing need not be mutually exclusive. As long as you can get your work done, there's no need to give up social interaction with women; in fact, you'll find it harder to work if you don't take some time off. If you find yourself obsessing over a particular girl, tell yourself that you must do your work for 45 minutes, then give yourself a 15-20 minute break to let your mind wander. Work hard during the week, and reward yourself with nights out on the weekend.
