Dubbed in English!?
It was dubbed and I know that.
But it's hard to find on the internet because it is either under episode 69 or 70.
Because 16 was never Dubbed in English.
Anyways, I've looked and I still can't find it anywhere!
Does anyone know where I might find it? Download it or even buy the DVD somewhere?

And please don't give me the episode in Japenese with English Subtitles T_T

Well you could try using Bit Torrent but it's illegal though.
You can find anything there.

Well from what I can see, it appears that DVD release was canceled (for the dub) at the beggining of the second season, so there is no way to purchase it. I also couldn't find a stream of the dub.
However, if you can use bittorrent to download, here is a release that says it has dual audio:

I can also give some detailed insturctions if you don't know how to use torrents.
