your allignment is off.. also could be a bubble on tire, also tire could be out of balance... i would first check the balance by taking it to a tire shop. if that does not help go get it alligned. then yet if that does not help u really might just have a bad tire , buy a new one . start at the balance first cause it would be cheaper than the other ways.

You've hurt a crucial steering part, it could be one of many, and caused a "death rattle". Take it to a shop immediately and have it checked out, don't go fast enough for it to rattle, avoid slamming on the brakes, and try not to turn to fast. Don't drive to far like this or it will break, and you will have an accident

jack your tire up. Sit down and shake the tire from left to right with your hands at 3:00 and 9:00 anything? Try having someone look under the car when this is done. also try the same thing with your hands at 12 and 6

It could be the wheel bearings, or the CV joint. My jeep had a problem with the gear box that produced a grinding noise but that doesn't sound like your problem. I would have the wheels checked as soon as possible to avoid further damage

Well, certainly have a suspension issue. You could have broken a strut or shock. The turning issue makes me think you may have messed up your CV joint.

You gotta get under there and look, or take it to someone.

You most likley knocked a wheel weight off or bent a rim, take it in and have the wheels balanced and get the chassis checked out, from there you will solve your problem.
