Any collection of physical objects or functions that are connected, related, or interdependant to each other.

The solar system.
The galaxy (though they don't use the word "system", its still a collection of connected objects).
The climate control system (heating and cooling) in a house or other building.
The nervous system of a living creature.
The respiratory system of a living creature.

The Universe is a physical system.It constain a physical architecture. these physical system are galaxies stars and planets. What is called phyiscal is a body of mass structures.
Space is a substance ,thought it appears invisible to our eyes it is also part of a physical system
So everythihg that we can touch in three dimensions is a real physical form any thing we cannot see or touch would belong to the non physical .This is something we have absolutely no understanding about.Perhaps Spirit is a concept that we cannot conceive in terms of physical materials.
