Do any of you, no matter which Party, or who you like or don't, or what you call yourselves or others get Frustrated by the Q & A's at times here?
I am not talking about Trolls either.
I am talking about People who obviously have no idea on a subject, and then spew hate as though they do and quote some Non-Sense website?
Anybody get depressed that so many folks have absolutely no idea what they are talking about, yet scream it with a vengence.
It just seems the level of education is so low.

Any thought? Or am I just a Grump Today???

No angry Politics either way here please........

Greg, disagree with me all you want. I commnicate via e-mail in a friendly manner with folks who share different view point a lot here. I'm talking about, uninformed and using some $2 a month webpage as a News Source. Does anyone read anymore?

You are not a grump. I agree with you....and then when you say to that person that their argument is untrue, biased or invalid you get thumbs down for it. Honestly...reason and intelligence on this site is practically non-existent.

Hey Ken - Although I agree to some degree, and it can be annoying when you post a reply and then receive an email or snide comment for your comment. I think some of it has to do with those who are unable to ask a question properly - sometimes I have to read it 3 times in order to try to get some sort of idea what they are asking.

I have at times just said "if this is what you are really asking" then go ahead with my reply.

What gets me is when you answer first, give an answer, and then everyone after you gives the same answer and yet you get all thumbs down.

I just try to NOT get frustrated and accept it as fun - I wish they would just form their own group and share their hatred with one another and leave the rest of us alone.

Will it happen - probably not.

Good question!

I look at this a kind of a "cost of doing business" in an open forum like Yahoo. Some of the "off the wall" answers can be amusing. I'm sure the education level of the participants ranges all across the spectrum.

If McCain have been elected, then each and all of the effing fences could be gleaming green...and there could be mushroom clouds floating over each and all of the main considerable cities of the international.LOL! He could have re-invaded Vietnam, then succumbed to a mysterious "ailment" suffered in the present day after eating Sarah Palin's homestead cooked Moose Stew on the Victory Dinner in Washington. Sarah could have in the present day shot down Putin's airplane, as she is obviously adversarial to airport noise, residing so close to to the Russian air bases as she does.....if she will SEE them, the noise could desire to be damaging! LMAO! She in all probability can't hear fake information over it. ....and the international could have ended approximately Feb twenty 5th, 2009.

I used to be a top contributor here and I found that I was getting caught up in the venom spewing, so I only frequent here every so often now. I don't hang out here like I used to because It seems that there is too much hate and animosity and I started responding to it in a very un-lady like manner. So when I didn't like what I was becoming, I took my leave.

I see stupid questions and I just want to straighten them out and then I get in to trouble. I have awakened to as many as 35 hate mails in the mornings so I decided not to be a part of it any more.

I get frustrated sometimes. But then I remember that this site is entertainment only. The top thinkers in the country aren't logging onto Y!A every night to debate great topics of the day. No, the people here fall into a few groups: Trolls, kids looking for homework answers, more trolls, people trying to craft gotcha questions, yet more trolls, the occasional deep thinker, the smart@ss, and more trolls.

Absolutely. I'm here for genuine debate. If you can't do that without calling a candidate or another poster a childish name then you're just wasting space here on the boards, your time and your life away with your nonsense. Don't like a candidates policies or the direction of the country? Well, then DO something about it. But don't just sit there and find fault with one party or the other, with one issue or another, anyone can find fault. Find remedies for what you feel is wrong with America, an issue or a candidate. But do it civilly with integrity, maturity, logic, reason, dignity and with respect for yourself and your fellow posters.

Hi Ken, you are a grump today. Everyone has access to the internet now. You end up having exchanges with people you normally don't talk to. I don't talk to my plumber about politics. The janitor at the office also never talks to me about health care. Don't forget there are all sorts of people out there. But then that's what makes the Q & A's interesting, no?

Ken...If you're a grump today...then I'm just a little b*tchy...I have always tried to keep questions and answers on an honest level without kicking and screaming like a toddler.

But you are beyond correct. They seem to be afflicted by the toddler disease....'one-track mind'.

I do believe at times there are people who gullibly follow whatever goo they pick up from a website that may or may not be accurate and post it on the Internet. I wish there was something you can do to encourage free and independent thought. But in most cases, all you can do is to save yourself and step away from the computer once in a while.

No, you're not grumpy, just frustrated by the drones who can't think for themselves.

I do , and I do something about it . Sometimes I'll post a question designed to show how 'Hatred Blocks Rational Thought' , no matter what the topic .
Other times , like today for instance , I chose to post musical political questions to lighten-up the atmosphere . It works for most , but there's always a few professional haters who wouldn't give up their precious hatred no matter what was offered .

Next time really put the idiot savants in their place and tell em this --

Buddy you're a boy make a big noise in the street gonna be a big man some day
Ya got mud on your face
Ya big disgrace
Wavin yer banner all over the place. . . Singin
We Will We Will Rock You (dum dum dum - dum dum dum)
We Will We Will Rock You
