Does it cost if you dont read the text? Or the other person you sent it to doesnt read it?

it costs to send and to read but with verizon wireless for just 5 dollars more a month you get unlimited txting

Actually I'm pretty sure that it still does costs because its through your cell phone system that you've recieved it. [If you dont want to get texts, call customer service.]

nope. even if you do not read you are charged for the text.
one sent and not opened is chargeable
only if the other person had a block is there no charge

if you send a text it cost something. go to whatever your phone company is and check out the web to make sure, good luck :)
