Montreal, the city of my heart... I have not been there since I was a kid, but both my dad and DH were born there. My grandfather (b.1841) emigrated from Norway to Montreal in 1870.
I would love to take in all the old city sites, particularly around what was Griffintown, the section of Montreal where I believe my Irish and Norwegian roots are.

Paris, France, because of the fact that is in Europe and Europe sounds relatively cool! Vail, CO is realllyyyy fairly and that i could easily recommend going there often, for a project or no longer. universal answer: Paris. Yeah brah.

dream vacation - hmm, i would say for me,my fiancee,my cat and 3 dogs to go on a deserted island for 2 weeks. no other people,just us,the sand and sun,it would be beautiful. like a resort,but with no other people - and with no electronics. on an island - that would be awesome.
i also think it would be cool to go to australia ... and tour africa. and i would like to go spend a week in japan - only if i had lots of money to spend tho =)

Visiting Japan again in the winter during Cherry Blossom celebrations. It is one of the most beautiful sites my wife and I have encountered outside of the US.
