Where can I purchase pretreatment solution for printing on fabric?

I'm looking this up for my wife. She's talking about putting photos on a quilt top.

Well, I suppose someone can give an easy answer, but maybe more information is needed. Like: what type of fabric, what type of printing, type of ink, type of technique. Most fabric does not have to be pre-treated for ink to be applied. However, your local dry-cleaner would be a great resource. And so would a fabric store. www.hobbiespastimes.com
