Though I usually roll my eyes at serious answers to humorous questions, there really are some honest ones.
A good friend is an attorney, and he is completely ethical. Does a lot of pro bono [free] work for good causes.
And my doc has been at it for over 20 years and still spends much of his free time staying abreast of new breakthroughs in medicine. He's also averse to just automatically writing a prescription.

I don't think there are any honest trades, but if I was going to make a short list money grubbing malpractice mavens and money grubbing blood suckers wouldn't be on it. By the way, I am sure you pissed off any lawyer or doctor who read this by referring to their "professions" as trades; now if you want to make a most conceited, egomaniacal list, maybe they'd be on it.
