we both have legal custody 4 my kids but his the physical custody with theme im going to vessit my family in out of the country would like to take my kinds my family cnt wait to see my kids but the father would not gave me authorize to take my kids

In Canada, a nd in such a case, you would need a written permission from your ex. That is in order to protect the children from being taken away forever....

Depends on what the court order says. Ask your family lawyer, who may apply to the court to vary the order if appropriate.

yes you need your husbands written permission to take the child out of the country, as he would need the same from you if he wanted to take them out of the country . This is to protect the child's safety in returning home.
