Most people don't have the experience to successfully work from home. Yet, one the american dreams is to work for yourself. A lot of vultures have learned how to prowel on honest people wanting to make extra money or work for themselves. Honestly, their are several opportunities but most do require some sort of small investment. Avon is one, Quixtar/Amaway, Pampered Cheif. Just remember with any type of home based business, people will try to munipulate the system. I signed up for Quixtar, cost $48.00 (which covers my on-line office, website, on-line training and cateloges) I get to buy things on-line from Quixtar like XS drinks, Vitamins and Laundry soap. Other companies like Circuit City,Shop.com, Omaha Steaks and Disney-online are other stores I can buy from and get rebates on what I buy. When I share the Idea with others they get to buy the same kinda stuff and they get rebates. The cool thing is when they buy stuff my percent of rebate gets higher, all the way to 25%. I have shared this thing with 5 of my friends and got a $70.00 check for the month. I have read some blogs about the evil people doing Quixtar. I guess Quixtar read the articule because they just eliminated something like 15 business owners who would not follow the franchise rules. So like I said some people will try to munipulate people or systems for their own personal gain. All I know is I am buying stuff I already use, shared the idea with some others and give my website out to people and made $70.00. If this sounds intresting visit my sites listed below. If not I hope some of this helps.

Start up fees? These companies are steeling money all the time. No legit company would ask fees from an employee.

The answer is sure. Do it your self. There are costs. I would try to look for services since goods are always coming from abroad. I am sure there are services you can offer.

Do child care/babysitting. I have been a stay-at-home mom, doing child care for 4 years. I love being able to make $ and be home with my kids every day and they get the social interaction they need.

Absolutely!

However, if you're going to work from home, figure out what you want to do first. Are you an artist, a computer programmer, a good cook, etc.... Then - figure out what you will sell and advertise in local papers.

There is but I would be wary of them. Your better off finding a company that has a small enrollment and a money back guarantee. Jennifer
