I need to know where I can find a used trailer hitch for a 1998 full size Dodge Ram Van 1500? It needs to carry at least 10,000 LBS.

If you're going to pull a 5 ton load with that van you better make darn sure you have a hitch that's capable of it. The ONLY way you can be sure the hitch is rated for that is to buy a new one that has the rating with it. Any used hitch you buy you'll be taking someones word for it. Besides have you checked to see if a '98 Dodge 1/2Ton van is really rated to tow a 5 Ton load. I'd be willing to bet it isn't. And if it isn't you're putting your life, the lives of whoever rides with you and everyone you meet on the road in danger.

Why used? Brand new isn't that much more.
