i'm just curious as if most or all girls shave/wax their pubic hair.
so, if you do, why? and if not, why?

Ack! Well, now, the choice is yours. But, shaving the pubic area can lead to itching, itching, itching, even using Nair or waxing. You can do a "bikini line" which means remove the hair just above the bikini panty and the sides on the upper part of your thighs. Don't do a full area shave/wax, nurses do this when you have a baby and you can itch for the longest time while the hair grows back in, then with the scratching, you can gouge your skin with your fingernails, creating sore spots.

No, not all girls and women shave or wax their pubic hair. In some cultures shaving and waxing is not a normal thing. I used to shave my pubic hair on a regular basis but don't anymore because it causes me to have problems with ingrown hairs which can act a lot like pimples. Also, shaving can cause razor burn (little red bumps that occur after shaving).
I clip my pubic hairs if I need to trim them.

I do shave the bikini zone. I tried shaving everything, but it felt cold and you are actually more prone to infections that way. I didn't like it too much since the hair when it grows back is very pocky and irritating. it is also not very pleasant for the partner as the stubs are irritating during sex. Can't shave it every day, either. So I leave it.

no! most people don't. I think we might partially shave for a bathing suit or sports activities- but all the way? no. it gets irritated, red, and the chance of getting cut is not fun.. i think some people trim it (which is common - normal and a good habit), but waxing would hurt like a mofo..

I know I'm not a girl, but I thought I'd field this one for my wife. She shaves, doesn't wax though. She didn't shave before she met me, but does now.
Why? Because it makes going down on her a lot of fun, and she doesn't seem to object to that activity.

I think that most women do wax their public hair but I have been blessed with very little body hair so I don't have to. My sister has to wax her eyebrows and sometimes gets a mustache!

No, there are health reasons why you shouldn't. There's no point unless you're trying to impress a guy, but even then, do you really want a guy who only likes you if you shave down there?

i ususally just trim them...but every now and again i do wax....i'm not going to lie that sh** hurts like a bcth....but i do it for my man! he doesn't seem to have a problem going down there when it is waxed....he seems to like it much better!!!! ??? guys??? anyways i like the way it feels afterwards too!!! but thats me! but the main reason why it's done is to please your partner! oh and when your on your period....just it makes things(that count better) =]

cause it gets out of control..somtimes..depends wat ur geans are but some girls hair grows down a bit of there legs..:( thats why most girls wax or shave personaly shaving is a lot less painfull so i've herd...
