First thing you need to do is take a pregnancy test.. It is best to wait 2 weeks after your missed period for difinitive results to show.
Too, if you aren't pregnant at this time, consider protection in the future to keep you from going through the stress of "Am I or am I not?" Your partner should wear a condom, regardless, not only to prevent pregnancy, but also STD's. Young men need to take responsiblity, and not make young women be the sole responsible party.
Also, if you are not pregnant, since you have recently begun your cycles, it could take up to a year or more for your periods to become regulated.

You mentioned that this is your 4th period (I hope I'm understanding this right) so it can sometimes be delayed by a week if someone is stressed out about something as well regardless of whether the thing causing the stress is good or bad.
I would recommend talking to your mom about this as well as your doctor at your next check up.

I think the dates of the first year can vary, but to be sure on things, do a pregnancy test.

Yes, you maybe. Also, if this was only your fourth, understand that your first year is likely to be a little unpredictable. Do a pregnancy test.
