Magnificent celebrations of the 60th Independence Day came in full swing—in a befitting manner—all-over Pakistan Monday with a greater pledge by the nation to make the marvellous homeland still more strong and affluent—by all perceptions, free from all types of alien dependence in any mode or style.

They were much better off under the British rule (same goes for India.)
And those of you, who disagree, do you think Pakistan and India would be on the brink of war (maybe even nuclear war!) if the British were still in charge there? Do you think Pakistan would where terrorists hide, if the British were there?

British ruled Pakistan and india for a long time and British left when they wanted to. people here seems to have problem with pakistani living in UK, pakistani are not ruling or treating anybody like slaves like british did in history. Nobody called british terrorists.

Come on guys all of us are humans cant we just think that and respect everybody

well done doug 0102 but we can not all be prophets and in all other thing they would have sooner hated the british than hated each other, as you may have noticed once we went there was turmoil ' they should have let us continue to rule then they would have had us to hate, and kept the peace, amongst themselves you tell me the asian powers that be don't think this way, also it would be peacefull for all but do we need to hurt each other i love all, god, allah, be with you
