Yes and it's so annoying!!!!!! One time me and my friend were getting milk shakes from dairy queen and I ordered just a regualar chocolate shake and she ordered a chocolate shake with a cherry. They gave me mine and i started to drink it and it was fine. She got hers and instead of with a cherry it came with cherry sauce in it. It was disgusting and she returned it for a just a regualr shake and they gave her the miniature little kids cup instead of a regualar size. It was so annoying!

Too often. I tell my husband to always check orders before he leaves a restaurant with our order, but he's terrified of confrontation of any sort, so he comes up with lame excuses, while I have to turn around and return the mistake. (The reason my husband does the pick up most of the time is he usually gets it on his way back from work.)

Once I ordered hot cakes and sausage from McDs at the drive-thru. I only got the "hot cakes" so when I returned, some stupid girl just put a sausage patty on the platter with my now tough, cold "hot cakes". I told her that I expected a complete correct order because my hot cakes, which I'd ordered HOT weren't hot anymore. Her manager was right there, so I told him what happened. He got the order right.

The reason I didn't check my order was I smelled sausage and the lady who handed it to me said, "hotcakes and sausage"? If I hadn't smelled the sausage aroma inside the restaurant, I would have checked it. NOW I don't leave without them getting it right. They are horrible.

I used to be on a specific diet where I had to eat my food as plain as possible. I frequented a McDs near my office and went there twice a week for months. Every time I placed my order, I would ask for a cheeseburger, hold the ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions, and I'd correct them if they said anything else by saying, "I just want meat, cheese and the bun". One time they gave me a burger with everything -- including mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato. I sent it back. They sent out a regular cheeseburger with extra ketchup and mustard. Ick. Anyhow, I walked in to the McDs. slammed my bag down on the counter and said, "I want to speak to the manager." I told him that the lady at the window had my order right but the kitchen was messing it up. He cooked the burger for me, added a slice of cheese and put it on a bun. It was about time.

Drives me nuts.

No, it does not. It by no capacity occurs to the customer that they could get a better reaction in the event that they weren't a raving lunatic and could clarify issues frivolously. Calling you a whore and different vile issues only makes him seem stupid. you ought to postpone with the word "Have an excellent Day Sir." which will **** him off much extra. i assume they discern the louder they communicate the extra scared a shopper help rep is going to get for this reason fixing the undertaking swifter. incorrect.

Every time I eat a Carls Jr. The mess up on something big every time. We have been minus so many items that one time we went back and they ended up giving us a free 5 person meal for the next time we came in....needless to say...we really lost our interest in going there.
it is a frustrating..especially if you can't check your bag of food because there are so many people in line behind you.

Yes, indeed. One time I ordered a Double Cheeseburger from McDonald's. When I got home, they had given me a Spicy Chicken. I took one bite and it was too spicy so I had to spit it out and throw the sandwich away. I told them the next time I went there and they gave me free Fries.

Of course. They know that the likelihood of you coming back to complain is low so they will either give you the wrong order, or, more often, they'll give you stale food, cold fries, etc. It blows.
