hey everyone! well i was just watching harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban on tv and i have a question... i know this is so stupid and i'm probalbly wasting alot of your precious time right now,but what is that spell that hermione does close to the end of the movie when they save sirius? it's that one where she says it and the door of the cell bursts open? also what does that certain spell do? well thanx alot!please list a souce if you can too please! thanx!=p

I think Bombarda,yeah,it smashes doors open.And I'll give you a link!!You should so go to the site!!It has spells from the books,movies,and video games,also,has character bios,and alot more!!

Fortunately, my brother obtained the DVD to this movie a few days ago from his friend who was moving, and I watched the part you are talking about.
It sounded like she said "Bombarda!" or something like that. But in the Harry Potter movies they make up lots of spells that definitely didn't exist in the book series. In the book she likely would have shouted "Alohomora!", the unlocking spell.
