1-shout at him, insult him and blame him for that and then fix the problem.
2-fix the problem and talk to him gently about his mistake.
3-fix the problem and act like nothing happened.

Talk to him first, explain the 'whys' and 'whats'..help him come up with a way to fix it..then let him learn from it. If he still won't learn after repeated errors...then he will pay the price not me. I am assuming you aren't talking about say, a mistake working on a car or the like. Shouting and insulting serves no purpose other than to make everyone's back go up. No lesson will be learned that way.

Don't fix the problem. It's not yours to fix. You just become an enabler. Let the family member fix his or her own messes.

Honestly depends on what they did ok..
1.cheated on there spouse
2.raped
3.molestation
4.theift
5.killed
depends on your willpower and right from wrong..i wish i had more detail since does not really help.
If they broke the law than you should report it since is someones suffering for your own concidence.
if they did not brake the law than is ok,long no one is hurt.
or beat each other up and call it even lol..
