A friend is visiting from Texas and wants to hop the border to check out Vancouver for one day...she is younger age and will have kiddos along...any suggestions?

the storeum in (gasworks district) , the aquarium& zoo in stanley park, take a tour around the city on one of those old trolleys, walk along the seawall. have a good time.

If you have kids coming along I would say.. Science World.. a walk in Stanley Park..Granvielle island.. shopping on Robson St...gastown.. the PNE..Aquarium.. check out the Vancouver tourisim website

You didn't say how old the kidies are, but if they are anywhere from about eight to eighteen, they'd love the PNE. Or you could head for the beach, granville island, the maritime museum, science world and all that stuff.

Ride the Sky train. Go to Stanley park.

If she has kids, I say take them to Science World, the Aquarium, or the Space Centre
