hell miss,
It seems I am right about one thing. You are very a complicated person..I have been through much and seem much suffering and experiencded probably more than my share. But I have also taken that hurt and shared it with a mentor...a teacher schooled in a philosophy that helps to move oneself away from the transient but important conflicts that plagues everyone at one time or another. I'm speaking of the study and practice of zen, orf course whicvh helps me determine how I feel about me in the face of nasty people ands situations.
I don't know you well enough yet April, perhaps you are one who at some level is not in sync with the herd, or the sheep, as the Greatest shepard of all, who recognized that most humans are dumb and need looking after.
That pain can eat at you until you want to wrap your body in a huge bandage. Why do things hurt when we get left out? It's normal to want to fe4e3l part of a clique of your own, a gang to hang with as it were, someone to count on. After being left out of everything as a kid, wanna know what's going on over there! And what are they laughing at? Wheres the next party? All normal. This is where the lazy ones get a steady boy who is in, has a car and a few bucks to treat at the movies and the snack bar. Ok, maybe he is a bit pushy but you got him in line for now. So there it is, someone to be there, no worries, and also someone to shout at when you're sick and tired. He slams out. It's what you wanted. Finally you got some space! It smells like a gym when he leaves.
But that hurt. Most will do anything to avoid it.
Guys follow their girl around and asccuse them of cheating. They may even beat on them a little, to keep them in line. Now, this is a hurt you can deal with. But that ephemeral reason for cutiing another person of a social activty they would normally take for granted about going, that's a tough one.
It requires building up your self esteem so that
should anyone carelessly trifle with your feelings by excluding you, you can have other options that are fun too. There isn't any hurry for everything to happen at once. So you can drop back and take your time, not worry about the mean slights. You are clever possessed with some great qualities. Share them with others who respect you, not those that will diss you and hurt your feelings. Friends do not seek to hurt their friends. In fact they seek to soften lifes blows. I think you are like that, someone who can be a good friend. perhaps you are in the wrong crowd. Feelings define who we are. The ones that hold back and never express what they're feelings are the ones to watch for. People can listen but they can't carry our load for us. I knowmany unhappy young women who allow the boy to do everything and act like they are helpless. And there are plenty of guys who want a diswasher and maid to cook and make the bed while they watch football.
There is no time for that. Life is too short. There is too much too learn about, too much to do and there it is. No pain is unbearable if you know how to meditate and foucus on the heart of you. Healing comes when we let go of our ego that is so worried about what others do and think and settle on what the self is supposed to achieve. Clinging to that hurt and seeking answers can keerp us in a state of near panic. You know what I mean. Do you like poetry? Pablo Nuebra has some translated works you can look up. Look up Edwaard Abby in the book store.
Browse through some books on zen. No hurry.
Wicca presents some interesting avenues for study
and you can meet some nice people there too. Ah, I must go Its time for my cat and I to have our tuesday political debate.
Good luck, michael

Dealing with the pain is the least of your worries, what you need to find out is why all this is happening to you. When you speak to others, do you try to lift them up or are you a downer? No one likes to hang with someone who is always looking at the down side of things. If this sounds like you, then work on being more upbeat. It takes time but youll see so much of a difference. I wish you lots of love.

first off let me say that is a lot of questions! some of those would hurt (death of someone important in one's life)....that would just be a hurt that only time could try to heal. some of those wouldn't bother me at all and then just some would. i would get over the pain in one way or another, but it would hurt.

A feeling is nature's way that u are normal and HURT..is just accepting that persons fault and forgive them..Because no matter what you will survie because you have learned from trial and error..hurt will take time and vengenace is outcome of that pain.but does not solve the main issue of that persons ignorance.Just be you and let them deal with it since is NOT YOUR fault is there loss..ppl live and learn and **** happens..k
