Well yes and no.

It depends how you define ghostly activity. In computing terms this would be very different to in physical terms. But I assume that you are intending this question to be answered in physical terms so that is what I shall do:

I have never actually seen a ghost but the afterlife is an area which greatly interests me. What happens after we are dead? It has long been my opinion that nothing happens - that when we are dead we are just that. There is no afterlife. But at further philosophising, I have theorised that as nobody actually knows, it is greatly illogical to speculate.

Shortly after the death of my grandmother, I experienced warming of the floor about 1 metre away from a hot water pipe. I have never ruled out the possibility of ghostly activity but it could also be explained as heat conduction through the carpet; although this seems highly unlikely due to the nature of the heat.

I and several other... Witness some very strange going on earlier today... What happen was after we received a report about ghostly actives in this person home.....We went to check it out and when we got there we all saw their father hanging up-side down in the air.. And at first we thought that he was playing a joke on us and was hanging up-side down using wires... Now after 20 minutes or after getting ladders and trying to get him down all of us did not see any wires and his home got extremely cold... And it took several hours for us doing what we do to get him down... And it seemed that no matter how cold that house was we were sweating up a puddle ....... And when he drooped into our arms we started doing what we do to get rid of what ever it was that was haunting his home.... Which was screaming and throwing things all over it just left ................. And we stayed there a little while longer checking out the films that we took and listen to all the recording...... There is no doubt that his home was truly haunted... And it seemed that the children and a couple of there friends were using a Ouija Board earlier that may have kicked all of the things that happen off....................

just the other day I put up on the wall, a picture of footprints and right after I got through, I looked forward into a room in front of me and seen a woman in a white gown and white vail draped over her face and it glided across the room from one side to the other, my husband was watching me and he said flat out,"nobody can act that good" he said that because he was right beside me as I hung it up. I freaked and went outside for a while. I live in a disabled and senior community, so there are people passing on all the time.
I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE, SO I GUESS MY ANSWER IS, yes i have. And I have before.

Several times I have witnessed strange activity or what appears to be an apparition. One time my bedroom was locked from the inside and no one was in there.........you could only lock it by putting the hook in the eye at the top from inside!!! Another time I was taking a bath when a shadow overpowered the light and it's form was on the wall. These are just a couple and I was not alone when these strange things happened...........what was even stranger, was the fact that I was not afraid. ~♥~

I have seen the ghost of my grandmother...some time after she passed away and while I was still living at my parent's home, she came to me and sat on the end of the bed I slept in. When she lived with us, it had been her bed. It was very reassuring to feel her presence.
I also saw the ghost of a white cat that I had as a child, who had prematurely died. It was very late at night and something told me to go to the back door, and there she was. It was unmistakeably my "Fluffy".
Most ghosts are benevolent, and often people or pets that we have known and loved. There's nothing to fear from them.

This sticks in my head most of all- once, me and my sister were getting all upset and annoyed because our mum died two years ago and we have been left to someone who is kind and gentle, but also smothering and quick tempered and holds a massive grudge for the smallest thing for ages. So anyway, after us being screamed at we began to realise all the things that had been taken away from us as a result of our lovely mum's death-our horse, our family house, step father etc (Of course we are very grateful for what we do have) but my sister in an angry outrage shouted
" Piss off mum!"
Immediately, the TV turned off by itself and i was horrified and told my sis to shut up. my sis then shouted
"ffs I get the point so stop messing about mum and turn the TV back on now please!"
the TV turned on instantly and I was really freaked out...oooh!

Yes. I have been able to since I was young. My first memory of it was when i was about 7. I used to go help my neighbor an elderly woman with the house chores. When I went I could always here a guitar playing in the back room. One day when we were finished she went to get me a snack. I walked into the back room and saw a young man playing the guitar I sat on the floor and just watched him. When the lady came back she asked what I was doing? I said I'm listening to him play. She turned stark white and asked who? I said that boy on the chair. She immediately started to cry I asked what was wrong but, she just told me to leave. When i got home i told my mom what had happened. She asked me what the boy looked like I told her he was handsome dark hair dark eye really nice smile. She told me to just forget about it. Two weeks latter my grandma came to visit and i told her the story. She told me the lady had lost her son in a car accident he was barley 17 and he loved to play the guitar. The back room was were he would sit and play for hours. I never went back to my neighbors house but sometimes i could still hear him play.

Yes... i have seen 5 ghosts in total and i'm a firm believer too. My first encounter was at the age of 10... I suddenly woke up during the night and saw 3 ghosts standing together at my bedroom door way, i was so afraid that i couldn't scream or call out to my parents, but had the bottle to get out bed with my eyes closed and feel my way to my sisters bed in the same room. I climbed in bed with her and put my head under the covers and stayed that way till morning. I remember feeling very hot and running out of air because i was too afraid to come out from under the covers. My second encounter was at the age of 21, i as watching tv at home and i started to smell something really odd, i was wondering what it was as it wasn't nice, then there it was... a ghost sitting on the sofa opposite me... again i couldnt scream, i just ran out of the house with no coat or keys and went to my mum and wouldn't return until she agreed to stay with me for a week or so... lucky that mum had a set of keys. My third encounter was 4 years ago... again i suddenly woke up and there it was standing inches from my bed... i looked at it in shock and again couldn't scream or call out. I did what i did as a child, put my head under the covers and eventually fell asleep. I think i'll still be afraid if i see another, i dont know why i'm afraid, i just am. It's spooky. Anyway stop talking about it now, its Freaking me out... Go on laugh hahaha xx
