it depends on what I have to repeat: for example a 'happy situation" is for sure one that everyone loves to be repeatable. egoism that resides in every single of us thrives for repeating such situations we eager for happiness, that's a certain fact.
on the other hand, repeating oneself if this has to lead to a certain result, and the one to whom the message goes, doesn't act accordingly...leads to an annoying situation. but "hate"? more likely would be "annoy"....

I hate repeating myself to deaf-folk, even though they're not really that hard of hearing.
Say something, they say "what" or "huh" - then give them a minute without saying anything, then they respond - then ..........beat them with a sawed-off broomstick.

I hate it when I tell a great story, and someone will start listening in at the very end, then ask me to tell the story all over again. Very annoying.
