when i worked at a doctors office i seen some lady with hair around her areola area. it freaked me out because I've never seen something like that. anyways she was not pregnant it was part of her growing older the testosterone level was increasing while the estrogen level was decreasing said the doctor. good luck and i hope it is pregnancy more than anything..... wouldn't want to have hairy breasts......

may be time to see a Dr. Painful breasts can mean a lot of things, never heard of hair being an indicator of pregnancy.
