I'm very young (in my early 20's), I work out 5 times a week (I'm 5'2 and 110 lbs), Dont drink caffeine (and I try to avoid water .. once I drink water, I have to urinate every half an hour).
I dont have any problems (such as diabetes, urinary infection, or am pregnant)
Is there anything I can take or do to stop going to the restroom every hour and a half and 3 times during the night?

How much are you peeing each time? If you are not peeing very much each time, then you are not emptying your bladder. This could be indicative of enlarged prostate, bladder cancer/tumour, prostate cancer/tumor, restrictive urethra, sphincter stenosis, etc...
I would really suggest seeing your physician, or even a urologist, to find your answer. I suspect you will get some whaky answers from these people on Yahoo! Answers.

Maybe you need to see a doctor. You should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day to stay healthy.
I know it may sound gross but is your urine a dark color or clear. If it is dark and smells then you are dehydrated and need to drink more. It should be clear and not that smelly.

you might have something else pushing on your bladder, or you might be having spasm in your bladder.
if you avoid water, what are you drinking?
Maybe you have low salt in your body, which prevents it from being able to properly absorb water.
I suggest trying a potassium and salt supplement like Thermolyte and drinking STRICTLY water. Some drinks act as a diuretic and can be compounding your problem.
If that doesn't work, tell your doctor.

If nothing physically checks out wrong then it is just your makeup and you can do nothing about it.
