I have one from SEAGULL VACATIONS in Phoenix, AZ and I don’t know if I should send the $80 for taxes ahead of time or just send the coupon in? I don’t want to get douped! Has anyone ever successfully used one?

I have and had fun! Call that number as much as you can and at insane hours. You'll get through.

I wouldn't if I were you. Of course you're going to have to sit through the sales presentation, but after that, depending on the company, you will probably be bombarded with non-stop high pressure salespeople who won't take no for an answer.
Unless you're thinking of actuallly purchasing a timeshare, it's usuallly not a good idea to accept these offers. There's no such thing as a free lunch, or vacation.

i would call the bbb for your state or the states attorney to find out if this offer was on the up and up. ALSO i would call the number and speak to a manager, if they didn't help, then i would ask to speak to a person up higher in the organization.
I have had those coupons in the past, but like you was unsure that i would get the vacation that they promised or whether there would be problems. Good luck...
