I'm trying to plan an outdoor party. Does it start to drop to the mid 60 around late sept, or early oct?

Average high in Sept is about 75 in Oct. about 65. Usually dry late Sept, Early Oct. Once you get past the middle of Oct. anything can happen

It starts cooling down at the end of Sept to the middle of Oct. After the middle of Oct it all changes and you could get a blizzard!

Some years it does, some it does not. usually the first half of October is very pleasant...mid-sixties is common then. I lived there for over 25yrs and Oct. was my favorite month. But...one year we had a whopping big blizzard on Oct 10.

Somtimes it will rain on halloween, or sometimes it can be an all out blizzard.
