do you think that once this administration is out, they will relocate there permanently?

Or at least claim that location as their primary one, to avoid paying US taxes?

Not very likely and no. Even if they are based in another country they would have to pay taxes on their US operations.

I absolutely can not understand why people wail "Halliburton, this,Halliburton that". Halliburton employs some 115,000 Americans. The company is the one with the resources to do the damn job. Who do you want to do it, the stupid French?

For your further education, companies do not pay taxes, their employees and customers do. It does not matter where they locate, they have too much infrastructure in the U.S. to "get out of paying taxes".

Halliburton has been in the Arabian Penensula since the 1950's.

It's common knowledge that Bush and Cheny are moving there. From there they can command the troops they took out of the U.S. This of course after unleashing mass destruction on the entire country.

But WTF do I know?

I might add, for some unknown reason Dubai has incredibly re-inforced areas that are as solid or more than what's in colorado. You can look it up as the history channel documented this about "resorts" yeah good cover.
