There is no scientific name for wrestling. Its just called amateur wrestling.

Middle School & High School Wrestling is known as scholastic wrestling.
Wrestling in College is known as Collegiate wrestling

Freestyle

It's amateur/Olympic style wrestling, and not the stuff you see in the WWE.
