Which setting is best for a ZEX Wet nitrous system?

I have a six cylynder Nissan Altima 3.5 an want to put a a Zex Wet Nitrious system. My issue is that Im not sure which shot is reccomended. The jets that come with the kit are 75-150 shot. I've heard that I should go no higher than a 50 shot for my 3.5. Which shot is best?

ive seen a lot of stock cars running a 75 shot of nos, seems to be pretty safe as long as you have everything connected right.
