There are NO good penny stocks. Stocks are priced that low for a reason. Reputable brokerages won't buy them for clients unless you sign a waiver saying you know you are going to lose all your money.

Any company with a reasonable chance of success is priced over $3-$4.

There's no such thing as a good penny stock. Only buy stocks that are priced at over $5
