Not to burst your bubble or anything but, probably not. Try building up your confidence first.

Sometimes the shyest people do better in front of crowds, as opposed to being one on one with another person. I would suggest taking some acting classes. If you're in high school join the drama club and audition for the next play. If you're out of school and classes aren't an option check into a community theater and audition for one of their plays. You might find that being someone else in front of an audience is a good outlet for you. It was for me. I am no longer shy and withdrawn. I'm actually pretty outgoing now. I do standup comedy, acting, and I teach. I'm almost always in front of someone.
Your question was "Would I make it as a movie actress?" That can only be answered by you. If you were to ask "Can I make it as a movie actress?" I would have said, it is possible, but it takes a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication. It's fun, but it's a lot of work. Try it. If you don't make it, at least you will have had a wonderful adventure. But be careful and don't let people take advantage of you. Find someone you trust to guide you.
I wish you luck.

Anything is possible. Some actors ARE shy.
