With all the murder, rapes, drug pushing/using, terrorism, etc that we the tax payers have to pay the police for, what in the heck are you talking about.? In my 20'+s I have many older female friends. And if they want to make it intimate, that is none of you business or mine. I have seen many very successful April, September romances............jealous?

the general thought is that teens, dealing with hormones and sex issues for the first time, are vulnerable to manipulation by older people, inexperienced with sexual decision-making, and thus incapable of consentual sex with adults.

the same does not apply to 20-somethings, at least not as across-the-board as with teens.
