I live in Sweden presently and I've been to Denmark 6 times. From my opinion, I think in overall Sweden is a better country to live and studying in. However, Denmark is definetely a more suitable country to visit for tourism compared to Sweden.

I've done bicycle tours in both countries, and I've been to Stockholm and Kobenhavn, and all in all Stockholm is a pretty city, but Kobenhavn was more fun. In general I found Scandinavians very polite and intelligent and fair minded, rather quiet and not overly friendly, and I never had a really great time there like I had in France, Spain, Holland, or Germany. I would like to spend more time there and get to know some people and practice the languages. I like all three of the main Scandinavian languages (DK/SW/NO)
and am fascinated with them.

Denmark!!! i love denmark with it's picturesque landscapes and enriching history. it was the only country that worked as one during ww2 - they saved most of their jewish residents and sent them to sweden which was a neutral country at that time. denmark has always been very inspiring.
sweden's cool too, but i'm not sure about the "good education" part. my friends who came from sweden could barely speak a word of english and they were enrolled in a special class to help them in all the subjects, even math. they did improve tremendously though.

I have no idea really, im living in Denmark, but i cant really see the big difference between the 2 countries.
Swedes have a reputation for being very good at english though.

easily no longer Norway. ;D The soccer contention between Sweden and Denmark exists because of the fact neither team is undesirable. ;) it incredibly is incredibly plenty even good now in spite of if Sweden has traditionally been the greater useful team.
