Is this the same as sin(angle)^2. I cant recall simple things like this when it comes to math.

excel is always frustrating me, please help

If the angle is in, say, cell A1 and you want your formula to be in B1, then in B1 you put =SIN(A1)^2. You can also use $ if you want to fix lines, columns or both.

Excel default is radians. If you want your angle is degrees, then in A1 you put = PI()*A/180 where A is your angle in degrees. You can also put RADIANS(A).

That's radians; for degrees:

=SIN( PI()*angle/180 )^2

Its the cellular formatting. opt for the cells with the priority, then from the formatting menu, opt for cells, make constructive they are formatted as "usual". this ought to repair issues.
