Does anyone work at any clothes shops which are aimed at young people and where the staff wear clothes that appeal to young people e.g. H&M, D2, Quiksilver? What kind of clothes should a man wear to an interview for these kinds of shops - smart or casual?

Relax, casual will do just fine, as long as you keep a neat appearance. No suit. It's actually corky...Here are some tips:

Business, professional attire should always be the clothing choice, no matter what job it is you are trying for.

Red and blue are power colors!

i dont know of any shops put wear a blaizer and black pants!
