Nope. One word....Nadal.

I think Nadal is close to beating him on grass, should of this year. For being labeled a Clay-court specialist, he has made it to the Wimbledon Finals and plus he has won a couple of Masters Series tourneys on hard courts. With Federer a year older and Nadal getting more experienced, expect another good year of tennis on the men's side. Plus we can't forget Djokovic. I think he has the game to be number one in the future.

I really hope Federer wins a Grand Slam next year and if I had to pick which Grand Slams I would want him to win it would be the French Open or Wimbledon. But considering which Grand Slams he has the best chance of winning I would say the US Open or Australian Open. Maybe even Wimbledon although he has lost in the Quarter-Finals the last two years. But if Roger Federer can keep the success he is having now going into 2012 I think he might win the Australian Open next year.

No he wont, and I don't think he will either with the likes of Nadal hanging around. I also suspect that in the next year or so, Roger's game will start to stagnate and his run of winning 3 majors a year won't continue. The reason is because he is starting to get up there in age, and his game is already peaking -- whereas the other up and coming talented players are much younger and still improving their games.

He was very fortunate to have gone to the french final 2 years in a row... he'll be very fortunate if he can manage to make it to next years one. But I suspect next year will be his last best chance at winning the french. I don't expect to see him contend for the french much after that. On the other hand, he'll probably win 2 or 3 more Wimbledon's pretty easily.

No, Federer stands a good chance of winnig 3, but the french open, no.

Nadal isn'`t playing to well at them moment due to a niggling injury, come next May/June, his injury would of healed, due to sufficient rest and doing what it takes to defend his title.

I don't think he'll ever win a grandslam, while Nadal is around and ready to play. But who can say what will happen next year?

If he doesn't win the French Open, then no.

If he does win the French Open, then..........no.

Novak Djokovic is gonna win either Wimbledon or the U.S. Open, stopping Roger from getting the Grand Slam (or Golden Slam if he wins a gold medal next year).

No. Nadal is still around, so he probably will take the French. Also, he is pushing Federer on grass, and is closing the gap on grass between them. Novak Djokovic is around as well, and he is a challenge to Federer, on maybe the
Aussie open and Us Open.

Actually, they are each a grand slam tournament...but we know what you mean...As good as he is, he has yet to win the French...and Nadal seems to have his number on clay(the French Open surface)...

No, but I think that he will win the elusive French., along with the Australian and Wimbledon. The pressure will get him at the U.S Open.

He could do it in 08 or in 09 but after that I can't see it. He did well in the last two French Open's but couldn't maintain his composure when Nadal got it going. With the others catching up to him he has to try to take his game to another level if he can find it.
