In my experience with Pisces & Scorpio women, I would bet my money on you to win hands down! The reason I am saying that is you are both power hungry and stubborn, but your Moon in Scorpio is really where your power lies. You have her beat Astrologically and that is why she is so jealous.
Many people believe Pisces is a weak and wimpy sign. Uh-uh, match their Sun up with Aquarius Rising (rebelliousness and independence) and a Scorpio Moon (possessiveness, grudges, and revenge) and you have a fighting machine.

some scorpios can be very mean sometimes and like to fight with almost anybody especially when you dont to do what they want you to do. my big sis is a scorpio and she likes to argue with almost evryone at home.
She can be loving too but then she just has this way sometime of noticing flaws and mistakes about people and doesn't notice the things she does.
since im used to her already i ignore her and do my own thing because if i keep listening to her she'll want to go on and on. So just be patient with your sis and enjoy the good times with her and avoid starting arguments.
however not all scorpios are mean because ive met other scorpios that are very good friends but for the most i think they have strong personalities.
Im not a pisces though.

(Scorpio compared to pisces)
Pisces is more of a soul mate than a friend. The Fish is one of the few companions who seems to really accept you, warts and all. Actually, your warts are probably what attracted Pisces to you in the first place. This sign adores people's flaws, as they lend a humanizing factor to any relationship. Both of you are deeply interested in spiritual matters and enjoy discussing religion and New Age philosophies. And although your friend's waving opinions can irritate you, this seems like a relatively minor complaint, compared to all the things you genuinely enjoy about their company. You can get on the Fish's nerves, too, especially when you're obsessing about a love interest. These petty annoyances vanish into thin air when you're engaged in activities you love, like going to movies, visiting the ocean, or developing photographs.
I guess you have'nt really embraced each others strengths.
But you also have to take in account the moon's strength and the fact that you are sisters.
Sisters have endearing qualities that bring you together one instance or tear you apart the next.
also When i was growing up i was always fighting with one of my sisters. It's a fact of life you just gotta accept.
Try going to a movie, the ocean or photography like the match friendship meter suggests and see if thast helps.
If you want more advice try looking up relationships relating to astrology or get readings done by a professional and some clarification.
Hope this helps.
Ps. I now get along with my siblings fairly well; accept when we are around each other an awful lot then we both disagree about things alot and the petty annoyances become bigger.

When Scorpio and Pisces form a friendship, they enjoy a splendid union. The two signs share the same Element, Water, and thus have a good understanding of each other. Scorpio is very deep and covert, often caught up in their own secret plans, while Pisces is idealistic and looks for the nuances of a situation. However, Pisces also has a tendency to withdraw into their own mind and can forgive Scorpio for being mysterious or withdrawn at times. Both Signs are intuitive and in touch with the subtleties of human interaction. Scorpio can help Pisces fulfill dreams and ambitions--to turn ideas into reality. The Scorpion will provide a steadfast foundation for the relationship to revolve around, and the more ephemeral and intuitive Fish will become entangled in Scorpio's web. In return, Pisces offers gentleness, kindness and sympathy which Scorpio admires and appreciates. Scorpio is interested in certain material comforts and intense emotional dramas, and at times cannot understand the simplistic, charitable attitude of Pisces. Their long-term aspirations can be completely unalike. Once they can understand and overcome this difference, theirs will be a very rewarding friendship.Scorpio follows the Planets Mars and Pluto, and Pisces is ruled by Jupiter and Neptune. Mars is the ancient God of War, and Scorpio is testimony to its aggressive, courageous, daring and sometimes belligerent influences. When combined with Pluto, this hot Planet becomes cyclical and symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings. Scorpio is able to withstand a great deal of abuse and bounce back, but the Scorpion is also able to dish out this energy in spades! Pisces is also ruled by Jupiter. This represents philosophy, expansion and excesses. The Neptunian influence gives Pisces a dreamy aura and a love for popular culture and media. This dreamy energy softens Scorpio's hard edges. The nature of this planetary combination offers a complementary friendship, drenched in emotional intrigue and endowed with a real celestial bond. However, Scorpio must be careful not to cramp the floating Fish, as Pisces will suffocate under too many demands. Scorpio and Pisces are both Water Signs. Generally they're very compatible, as Water is a tangible, physical entity, and both appreciate this property. Pisces is born to connect mankind, and when they come together with Scorpio's intrigue and tenacity there is no stronger bond. In addition, Scorpio has an absolutist view of life; everything is either golden or tarnished. Pisces can help to open up multiple possibilities, rather than a single focus. Scorpio may tire of Pisces' instability, and Pisces may in turn feel that Scorpio is self-absorbed and insensitive to their needs. It will be comparatively easy for them to find a compromise.Scorpio is a Fixed Sign, and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. Scorpio tends to be focused on one project at a time, but Pisces likes to move from project to project as the feeling takes them. Pisces can easily become a part of Scorpio's pastimes and projects. In turn, Scorpio needs to give Pisces the freedom to enjoy personal interests. Pisces can show Scorpio that flexibility is sometimes better than a stringent determination, and that compromise without struggle can pay off. Scorpio and Pisces feed off of each other's energy well, and should be compatible in both friendship and business. The best aspect of the Scorpio-Pisces friendship is their similar emotional natures. They complement and harmonize with one another very well. The overall empathy and commitment these two signs value in a friendship is what will keep the ties strong and long-lasting between the Scorpion and Fish.
Love & Blessings

Well I'm not a believer in horoscopes though there maybe something in it I really don't think it is a precise science - rather vague in fact, its accuracy is not the real issue however I believe its an unhelpful study and pursuit, if you get accurate information then you should ask where is that information coming from? How did people manage to work out that this starsign means this or that lunar event means that? Did they conduct an extensive study about birth dates and character? How could such a study be proved accurate, character is not a precise thing.
How can they be so sure? more to the point:
Are horoscopes as helpful as they pretend to be?

Lol! Your Zodiacs don't have much to do with compatibility when your sisters... Lol. I mean yeah, Scorpios are like that. But all you can do is talk to your parents 'n try to work things out like sister. Not like Zodiacs.
I mean my elder sister 'n I... Are horoscopes aren't suppose to be ;compatible', but we get along great. It;s just because we understand each other and lived with each other long enough to know how to deal with each other. By my guessing, you 2 are still young. Well sibling rivalries don't have anything to do with Zodiac signs...
Ya see, Scorpios are jealous, for reason(s) known only to each Scorpio. Each individual. And every young Scorpio loves to challenge people, with the intention to win. They like getting into arguments, too. She sounds like your typical Scorpio, but that doesn't mean your a typical Pisces. So even though your signs are suppose to get along, your personalities don't have to.
This is a problem for sisters 'n family to work out. Due to personalities, not Zodiacs. And remember, your young, 'n people change with time...
Luck to ya.

im a pisces and i also have a scorpio sister (older sister) and when we lived together we fought all the time, everyday all day. i think she hated me. there is some insecurities on the scorpio's behalf and emotional problems that are making her act out. everything was fine between me and my sister once she moved out. but when she came bk it started all over again. im grown now and so is she but u still cant put us in the same house together for long. and she always started the fights/arguments. they have self issues that no one knows about.....thats all.

lol im a cancer and my sister is a gemini.. i am the oldest and shes the middle.. we do not get along unless we stay out of each other's way
Its a battle of the personalities.. shes headstrong and says whats on her mind.. and she tends to say things that hurt.. im over sensitive and stubborn.. we have much different personalities
But i suppose it could be that theres some quality in most geminis that make them too much for me.. ive had gem friends and they always annoy me .. all my gem friends have been too flighty and crazy for me.. they seem to love drama and are only good for a night or 2 of fun..
anyway so yeah most of it has to do with the sister thing.. you'll learn to accept her once u two move away from eachother
