You know what? Flair may be old, but he's still one of most entertaining people to watch in this business. The woos, the Flair flop, the corner flip, the reverse crotch kick that he does that's perfectly out of the sight of the referee. He's entertaining as hell, and a much better wrestler then most of the roster in the WWE that's half his age.
Quite frankly, I hope I have the spunk and attitude that he has when I'm Flair's age.

Wow, for a guy whose been watching him for 20 years, you sure as hell don't know how to spell his name. It's Ric Flair, not Rick, there's no "k" Mr. Wrestling verteran. The man's not physically gone, he proved that in 05 and 06 when he not only competed in a TLC against Edge, but also took a HUGE *** bump off of a ladder in Money in the Bank.
You'd also know that a majority of his career consists of chops that would bloody your chest, you sissy little armchair fan, and innovating the art of low blows. And even now in his old age, he's still better than Hogan in his prime. **** Terry Bulea and his little punk *** son, and I wouldn't mind having a roll in the hay with his daughter either come to think of it, but when you attack a legend, a REAL wrestling legend that's world renound and respected, and you make the stupid mistake of spelling a man whose career spans longer than most of this board's life so far, you BETTER have something nice to say. The guy made the business what it is inside and out of the ring, Hogan just got a mic and said "HEY! LOOK WHAT FLAIR DID EVERYONE! NOW PAY ATTENTION TO ME AS I PLAY IN THE HOUSE THAT FLAIR BUILT! RABBLE RABBLE, SHITTY UNORIGINAL CATCHPHRASE, RABBLE RABBLE!" I'd say Hogan should be Flair's butler, but the man can barely hold up his gurth under those crappy *** knees he's ****** up dropping a leg drop improperly for the past 30 years.

The butler remark was low class.
But I do think that it's WAY past time for Flair to retire. That said, he needs the money and enjoys working....and WWE will still have him.
I don't really have much of a problem with it.

I wouldnt want him to retire because like many said he still is a great entertainer. I say he should become a manager type person to an up and coming wrestler but hey if at that age he still take those high falls and beatings than more power to him.

I think you're mostly right. You go too far with the butler remark, but Flair should retire before he permanently damages his lagacy.
If he wants to stay in the middle of things, he ought to re-form the 4 Horseman and take on the JJ Dillon role as manager.

Ric can't retire, if your an insider then you know that he can't afford to quit. he's still paying his ex-wife. and his social sercuity won't last if he's stuck paying out the ***. plus he has a new wife, children and a life style thats expensive.
Ric would love to hang up the boots but he doesn't have the money to retire in the sunset.

Sad..but with the very messy divorce the guy probably needs the money. Arguably the greatest ever is a shell of his former self and can barely mat wrestle.

He is a great wrestler, but SmackDown makes him boring and old. SmackDown does that with all wrestlers.Raw is the best, and TNA is getting better. They are taking Sabu back. Test left the WWE to go to TNA.
