Yes, you can grow up to age 18. just be sure to eat well, exercise and get adequate rest.

Probably not much. First of all, girls rarely grow more than two inches after periods begin and her growth history suggests she will not get nearly this much. She was one of those females who matured early, then stopped early. Also, her family history suggests shortness.

It may be helpful if brothers, sisters, aunts or uncles were known to have a late growth spurt, but I doubt this would have much influence.
