Im 21 weeks prenant and for the past week i have been feeling pain in my stomach and when I lay down at night I feel like im going to start my period but there is no spotting or anything should I be worried?

To be honest this question can't really be answered until we know if the pain is severe.
Throughout my first I had period type pains but they were not bad just a type of cramping and I was told by my doc that it was my uterus expanding to accomodate the growing baby.
I think you need to see your doc or go to the hospital if it is severe in case it is something serious like Placenta abruption. (Which is the placenta breaking away from the uterine wall)

It is always best to call your doctor. It may just be the round ligament pains, but better safe than sorry.

i would call my doc sometimes you could have a uti that does that
